An exercise in deductive tasting, all levels are welcome. Each session we present a theme, and focus our tasting and theory work accordingly. Event led by Master Sommelier Nick Davis.

Many of our events are “open tastings” that highlight specific producers or marquee labels. In contrast, this session will be fully-blind, and will be a highly-educational format that digs deep into “deductive tasting” techniques.

Any wine lover is welcome to attend; this format is designed with industry professionals in mind! Classic red and white styles will be featured, with guided instruction throughout. Get your notepads ready!
