An exercise in deductive tasting, all levels are welcome. Each session we present a theme, and focus our tasting and theory work accordingly. Event led by Master Sommelier Nick Davis.

Aromatic white wines are very unique, and offer explosive personalities that jump out of the glass. Grapes such as Muscat, Viognier, Gewurztraminer, and Albariño are each unique in their own ways, but are unified by having “terpene” compounds that promote their floral lift. In this session, we will explore armoatic examples side-by-side, to discover these styles in-depth.
